1 C nut butter (almond, macadamia, hazelnut or peanut)
½ C unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ C cocoa butter (optional)
1 t pure vanilla extract
2 droppers of liquid stevia (my favorite is English Toffee by SweetLeaf)
pinch of Himalayan salt
Instructions
On a low heat melt the coconut oil and cocoa butter (if using). Pour into a blender and add the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into silicone candy molds. Freeze until set and enjoy!
